Acquire photos

Hi! Just downloaded XnView, it looks great.

I am just wondering if there is an easy way to add to FILE/TWAIN Source?
There are no options there at the moment and not being technically minded...well, any help would be appreciated.

I am wanting to download photos off a fujifilm camera using a card ...
