When updateing/adding GPS meta data the tags GPSLongitudeRef and GPSLatitudeRef are not written. Sinve the GPSLatitude and GPSLongitude are interpreted as unsigned by exiftool (the EXIT spec is a bit unclear about this) values will alway be written as in N/E.
