Options... General>Read/Write>{Read}>Camera RAW [ ]High Resolution
was not the solution. It doesn't mather if High Resolution was marked or not.
the solution for the batch conversion was:
Options... General>Read/Write>{Read}>Camera RAW [ ]Use camera white balance
(it was default marked)

Batch conversion run without errors. But the converted images are like the original image not like the modified that I can now see in the thumbnails and in the preview

[SOLVED] Preview not the same as thumbnail
I've ARW files form a Sony A200.
XNView is showing them without any problem. but when I've used the image converter from Sony to optimize the pictures. then in the thumb I see the corrected image. and in the preview the original image.
It is like Bridge from adobe but bridge generates a separate XMP ...
