Yes, both, import and export, are set.

So something like 'Synchronise file with DB'?

Really, you would like all your categories as root?? So perhaps as option....

This two things would be nice.

Here is an example. The caption of this image is "Łąka". In the window for editing IPTC information this is displayed correctly, but in thumbnails view it is wrong. I also attach a screenshot.

It seems that the information is now correctly saved in UTF-8. In the edit-windows everything works fine, but if I display the information below the thumbs the characters are not displayed correctly. E.g. "ł" is displayed as "Å,".

It worked after I have deleted the old DB. There should be a possibility to reimport the keywords after a change, e.g. in another application.

Please make available further maps for geotagged images. There should be at least one alternative to Google Maps, OpenStreetMap would be very nice. In the settings I have checked to import IPTC keywords to DB categories. But it seems not to work. Or do I have to trigger it in some way?

In the settings I have checked "Use UTF-8 to write IPTC fields", but when I enter some special characters into the IPTC fields they are converted to ASCII characters (e.g. Ł -> L).
