I have found a way to include videos: Xnview includes MPEG2 videos on a CD but no AVI made by a Canon digital camera. Maybe this is for somebody good to know.

I have tried several different slideshow programs so far. But with none of them I could burn pictures and AVI videos on a CD for a slideshow.
