OK, i've tried that. but when i remove alpha channel the converted images my loose some details pixels and also it loose its transparency although i've tried to set transparency via pixel 0.
any further clue to solve this?

according to image properties command from xnview:
bits per plane: 32
# of plane: 1
bits per pixel: 32

the file source is PNG format, 32x32 pixels. the destination format is GIF, non-interlace, keep transparent by pixel 0. its iconic size, so i believe that the problem is not the file size.
after those failure, i decide to remove it all, reboot my windows and reinstall again.

hello,
i just installed the newest full version of xnview 1.98.1, but when i tried to save as some images, it always show "contact your dealer" error messages.
what should i do ?
