XnView Software

I pressed some keys accidentally and my widow title bar disappeared. I restarted XnView and it came back. I think I like not having the title bar. How do I hide it?

When I enter a folder name to move a picture into I get a confirmation box asking if I want to create a folder because it doesn't exist. Can I turn off the confirmation? I just want XnView to always create the folders.
