Moving XP Task Bar

Using XP Home sp2. Somehow last night the task bar suddenly moved to the right side of the screen. I don't know what I did. In Win98SE I could grab the task bar and move it wherever I want. Hi Claude,

I misspoke. There is a link for "Watch this thread" at the bottom. However, I sometimes want to check back for some reason (i.e. how to do certain things in XnView) on several threads I'm watching. Without a "You're watching these threads" option, I can't get there.

Can this feature be added to the XnView forum? Also "Files being watched"? As of now, I'm copying topics via CTRL-C and CTRL-V to an open email on my browser and then sending it to myself.
