Changing image sizes of scanned images
Help please,
I have several images that I obtained by scanning, the result is of course is they are too big how can I convert them to bytes from megabytes I apologise if this is covered somewhere I really am still learning if it is covered in help could you point me to it

Thanks that was the answer i had been selecting ms sans serif as choice and the text size only went up to 24 and i just was not seeing it in the image.

Thanks for trying to help, i have probably got all this wrong but i open an image click on image in the tool bar then on add text type in the text set the font to 24 and nothing seems to happen, have i got it all wrong

Is it possible to do this please I have been trying to do this from the image menu i e add text but to no avail if it is possible to do, could you help please if it is not possible then thanks for your patience

Thanks what i tried was aquire and capture these did not seem to work with my camera so i transferred them to a new folder in my pictures but that left no images in the camera I also transferred them to the folder by dragging the image to the folder. I think that i have not got the procedure correct ...

please forgive a new user of XnView i am struggling to capture images from my camera olympus 4000z ihave manage it transfer the files but that lost me the images on the camera is anyone patient enough to talk me through the process
