Exactly like that ... did you mock that up or is it from another application?
Although it'd be more user friendly to have this configured in the UI like that screenshot, if it means it's more likely to get done then a simple extension of the exisiting .ini file options would be great.

The UI setting for Reset X/Y is in Options>View, it's just a checkbox.
I think it's either off (unchecked) or on (checked) and set to value 1 (reset X/Y to top-left).
To get any other alignment you have to edit the .ini

.ini option to ResetXY to Top-Middle
The ini file currently gives the following options for ResetXY when viewing images:
ResetXY
Changes the default image X/Y position when viewing images.
0. Middle of the image.
1. Top-left of the image.
2. Top-right of the image.
Value: Integer (0-2), default value is 0
