Re: Create / File listing variables
On further exploration I see that the list of variables can be obtained from the Tools / Settings / Browser menu / Insert >>
{IPTC:Caption}, {DPI}, etc. etc.
Would it be a good idea to have this possibility to insert the variables into the Create / File listing menu i.e. add "Insert>>" here also ...

Create / File listing variables
Hello,
I like very much the feature Create / File listing and the choice of output to TXT, CSV, and XML.
What the the variables that are allowed?
{Filename With Ext} and {Width}x{Height} work well but {Copyright} and {Resolution}
just give me the literal output.
Thanks

Re: Kodak CD support
Many thanks.
I know that .PCD is no longer used but it will perhaps also benefit others who had scans made a few years ago and CDs were returned with the files written in that famous Kodak patented format.
It will be helpful if XnViewMP can convert them to JPG.

Kodak CD support
When trying to open an old CD containing some Kodak CD (.PCD) files I realised that XnViewMP 0.50 does not seem to contain support for them.
I do not have the possibility to open them in the different resolutions of base 4, 8 and 16 like in the traditional XnView.
Has this been dropped from the ...

If ever you need another beta tester - especially for cross platform IPTC/XMP questions you just have to ask.yes
I have been a long time admirer of the XnView project.
Best wishes/Bon weekend.

IPTC template Unicode UTF8 Windows and Mac problem
My question concerns exporting an IPTC/XMP template to be used cross platform both on Windows and Mac.
I am using XnviewMP v 0.39 on both a 32 bit Windows platform and a 64 bit Intel Mac OSX.
In the Edit IPTC/XMP Save template… / Load template...
