XnView doesn't support Unicode, could that be the reason?
As XnView is 32-bit software GS 32-bit must be installed even in Windows x64, but you are able to open other PDF files, or the problem file if you change the name?

Can't open some PDF file by installing ghostscript x86 v9.10
When trying to read pdf-files(named by chinese traditional characters) I get "Format of the file <...> could not be determined" (the option Display all image files is on.) This happens with pdf files created by adobe ; the files can be read by Adobe Reader. Any suggestion?
