XnView Software

I've noticed that I cannot purge recent documents from my history. It shows up when I click Start>Xnview. I went into the interface and unchecked both boxes that say "Show most recently used files in file menu" and the one for the submenu. I also checked off the box to purge on exit. I hit Purge Now ...
