Uploading Fractal Image Plugins into a browser
I have downloaded from XnView the 2 plugins needed to open fractal images (xfif.dll and deco_32dll). XnView opens up fractal images (as does Photoshop). However, I receive an error message when I attempt to upload these plugins into Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Is there a way to get one or more of ...
