loosing ICC profiles

Hi,

I have some 16bits TIFF files using a CMYK profile (should be ISO Coated V2). I really like the post-processing using xnviewmp which allow to add frame, signature and logos pretty easilly.
I pay attention to select the keep icc profile in the output section as well as in the TIFF output one ...
