I would like to change the opacity of a jpg or png or make the image more transparent.

Is there any way to do this?
If not, can you suggest other software?

Not reduce the size, but reduce the filesize.

Can XnResize do something that xnview classic cannot?

Is there a possibility to apply a dark theme?
Or that XnView adapts to the theme of Win 10?

I am moving. from my old laptop with win7 on a new notebook with win10.

and of course I use XnView continue. can I somehow save my settings and transfer to the new notebook?
