Full screen mode draws over taskbar if it is vertical
I have Windows 10 with vertical taskbar located in the left side of the screen. Viewing in full screen mode ignores the taskbar and opens the window partially behind the taskbar, so I can't see the left part of an image.

Can't enter folder with non-ASCII name
When you click on a folder that has some non-ASCII characters like ā or š, it throws an error and doesn't enter the folder. I am shocked as to how this bug could have been not reported and not fixed for so long
