Please follow these steps:

Go to I n fo → About... to find the INI file location .
Quit XnView.
Open xnview.ini in a text editor. (Windows Notepad will do.)
Go to the [Start] section and change the the following entries:
SaveAdvDlg=1
ShowAgain=268171860 ...

Begging for your reply...This problem really crush me out.
when i open an image and flip it horizontal or any changes,and then close it,there will be a window informing me :"Do you want to save changes to ....jpg？" and an 'never ask again' option.
However，after I tick "never ask again",next time ...
