Thanks very much for this fix... it seems to be working as desired in the beta.
Thanks again.

Re: Where are the JPEG Settings?
Thanks for the info. Sad that the easier functionality is no longer possible.
Oh well. Thanks!

Re: Where are the JPEG Settings?
Yes, I recently started using MP over Classic.
And as you can see from the attached image... Classic conveniently has the 'Options' button on the Save File As dialog... no menu fishing necessary to efficiently change settings while saving, thus less hassle.

Where are the JPEG Settings?
When I have a new image such as a screengrab, and I want to save it as a JPG... the file dialog pops up but I can't see anywhere to adjust the JPEG settings when saving? Such as compression, etc.

Re: Save Selection Broken?
Sorry, I should have been more clear.
I do a CTRL+SHIFT+V to paste a 1st screengrab into MP.
I select a region.
I do an Edit>Set Selection Size>Save Selection.
I crop 1st screengrab to the selected size.
I do a CTRL+SHIFT+V to paste a 2nd screengrab into MP. (2nd screengrab is same size as 1st ...

Save Selection Broken?
Latest MP
If I use Edit>Set Selection Size>Save Selection then crop the picture... it crops fine.
If I open another picture and try to use Restore Selection, the selection is not restored.
I recently started using MP instead of Classic so maybe I'm doing something wrong.
Thanks!

Undo for Delete
It would be a real help if an accidental 'Delete' press was undoable via the Edit>Undo menu item.
Right now when I accidentally press the 'Delete' key, the current image is deleted and I must then right-click on the Trash Can, choose Explore, select the deleted image and click Restore in order to ...

oops66,

Ability for Precise Zoom
I would love the ability to type in a precise zoom value.
For example, at the moment, I need to zoom a photo to a value of approximately 40%. Yet there are only a 50% and a 30% zoom level listed.
I would like the ability to type in a precise zoom value such as 40% or 42.5%, etc.

Re: Save/Open Picture Set?
Also, if I was to have to use the 'Copy all desired photos to a single directory' method for easy re-opening... is there any easy way to save all the opened photos to the single directory without having to click on them and save them one at a time?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Save/Open Picture Set?
I'm wondering if there's some tool (that I don't know about) in XNView that might allow this.
I use XNView to view reference images while working on a project. So I might have 10 images open in the tabs and these images reside in different folders. Each day that I work on this project, I must ...

Re: Show Alpha Always Mode?
Pierre,
Sorry it's taken so long to get back to this.
Yes, I think an option to keep the 'show alpha' active when using Prev/Next Page would do what I want. (this option does not already exist, does it?).
Thanks!

Show Alpha Always Mode?
I frequently have a need to inspect many animation frames and many times, viewing the alpha channel is the easiest way to see discrepancies between frames.
In XnView, I know I can use the 'M' key to see the alpha channel (this is great... thanks) but is there any way to turn on 'Alpha Viewing Mode ...
