EXIF HEIC is not readable from new smartphone
XN View MP 1.7.1 x64, Windows 11.
"1norm.heic" is made on Samsung S10e.
"2error.heic" is made on Xiaomi Poco F5 pro.

bad text encoding
The same problem in version 0.99.1 when viewing txt files. The Windows-1251 and UTF-8-BOM encodings understand encoding, but just UTF-8 does not.
