(if that's of any help, i just noticed that a filesystem change outside of XnView triggers the exact same behaviour)

I just upgraded from 0.7* to 0.98 and I encounter the same issue (that wasn't present in 0.7).

Imagine the following directory structure

When I "Show files in subfolders" on Main, I see all the content properly.
