Setting favorites in the "move file" dialog does not work.

Effect: none.

To reproduce:
1. Open an image.
2. Press ALT+M which should bring up the "move file" dialog
3. Select a destination for the move operation either in the treeview or by ...

I noticed another behaviour which might be undesired: If you move categories to another parent by dragging and dropping them, they get sorted at the end of the child categories list of their new parent. I'd expect them to get sorted alphabetically, as well.

The List of categories normally is sorted alphabetically in each branch of the tree. But when adding a new category to a branch, the list of categories of that branch is not sorted, so the newly added category stays somwhere at "n" (for "new ...

+1 for this. In my opinion, even with no image selected, it should be possible to add/delete categories. If you cannot disable the boxes without removing the ability to add/delete categories, I'd prefer to leave them enabled, even if it makes no sense because there is no picure selected which would ...

Same for me, I'd prefer a smooth scrolling mode as well.

I'd be very happy to see further support for ZIP files in XNView MP as well. :D
At the moment, I miss two already mentioned features most:
- Thumbnails on archives (of the first image in the archive by alphabetical order would fit my personal needs the most)
- "Show all files (recursive)" for ...

So... after testing this a little more, I found out that this odd behaviour does only occur when I try to assign F12 to cmd_rebuildThumb. The F12 key then sometimes works in one of both instances, sometimes in none of them, but never in both.
