Thank you for this report. YES, this is essential and important.
Finding the best images by rating 3 stars. Then filtering >= 3 stars and rating 4 stars. and so on

For this, it would be essential that after doubleclick, and clicking next (or scrollwheel) only the filtered images are shown!!!!!

setting useInternalVideoPlayer=false in xnview.ini solves the problem and restores the proper behaviour
but it's ony aworkaround - no solution, I think

My Workflow: Viewing Photos and Videos from the overview: opening and closing, both by doubleclick, sometimes scrolling through the media with mousewheel
since this week, with version 1.02 closing mp4-Video by doubleclick does not work anymore
- with photos still working :D

in this really great software , Support for Affinity Publisher .afpub Thumbnails is missing .

.afphoto and .afdesign both work, .afpub-Thumbnails are even showing in Windows Explorer

Please help :)
