Removable volumes are allowed to be accessed. It works fine when using my SD card but not the Western digital my passport. I can't seem to find any threads on the internet with same/similar problem.

When I click on my external hard drive in the folder panel on the left sidebar, none of my picture folders show up. If I locate the image using Finder and click "open with XnViewMP", it just opens a black file in full screen mode. I use the latest 1.00 version and I have tried downloading older ...
