I hope this gets fixed soon.
I would like to use XNView to sort photos into subdirectories, and seeing them out of order is a pain.
Below is another simple example of a sub-directory out of order...

I'm on version 1.9.3 MacOS and this problem remains...
This really isn't a suggestion, but a bug.
When viewing the 'Folders' panel - if I add a new sub-directory, it simply adds it to the end of the list of other sub-directories.
It should refresh and sort alphabetically instead.

Would really love to see this implemented.
I note that Picasa worked this way, and it's one of the small but significant 'quality of life' features that I feel is missing.
