what do you have in Settings>Integration>Paths?
I am on a Windows 10 machine with the very latest MS software. When I installed 1.6.1, XNView suddenly
lost all my settings upon exit. I then uninstalled and installed 1.6.0. Same result. I uninstalled and have now
gone through 1.5.5 and 1.4.0 ...

I installed the latest XnView MP (Oct 2023) and now all of my "settings" are ignored. I set them, then the next time I
use XnView, I have to set them again. And again. And again.
What am I doing wrong? I.e. the "don't ask me again" when exiting is completely ignored.

A decimal degrees version of lat,lon would be enormously useful to copy from XNView_MP.EXIF.data to all other mapping programs. Do not just report DMS. That is lazy software. E.g. "30.266673920816277, -97.75640157507983" is what is needed from all apps

Almost all programs and certainly no human being can understand or type DMS. Up your game. Please translate all DMS lat/lon GPS coordinates to decimal degrees. You can print the "degree" symbol but no one in the world can type it. More than that, almost no internet programs ...
