You're right, I actually thought of that only after I had put up the post.
I'm running Windows 10, originally with the 64 bit vers of XnView, but per this thread, installed the 32 bit ver, XnView Classic, which is available here:

Ok.
I loaded the XnView Classic (32 bit) which, note, DOES contain the pcdlib32 plugin. (For those who need the plugin, I did find it as a download from the "You may want to check out all the Addons also available for XnView." link on the download page)

Hi, same issue with getting only the 768x512 resolution vers of my Kodak .pcd files. I have already gone through the "Convert Kodak PCD files" instructions you thoroughly posted but I cannot follow the step of "Download pcd.zip" to get the required plugin, as nothing downloads when I click that link ...
