Just note that I didn't change much on setting. This bug occurred only when I clicked settings for first time.

It doesn't work after restart. Like I said earlier, I already do clean reinstall by deleting previous app data folder and redownload the program several times. It does appear at first, but upon I try to open Settings window in Tools menu it will disappear. Not sure if this graphical bug or something ...
