Ah, it shows up as "Estimated quality" in the image properties indeed, but only if I enable the following option in Settings:
Formats -> Write -> JPEG -> Use estimated quality (when possible)

It would be nice to have the image compression quality (e.g. JPEG 94%) displayed in the image properties window. (It currently only shows JPEG without the quality).
I assume this is possible, because IrfanView can do it:

Seems like the taskbar icon was fixed for some people, but even that didn't work for me

Maximized Viewer does not retain maximized state after returning from fullscreen

Effect: The Viewer window is non-maximized after returning from fullscreen

To reproduce:
1. Open an image in Viewer Mode
2. Maximize the window
3. Enter to Fullscreen Mode
4 ...
