Also having the same issue. Can't reproduce it with Bilinear set on zoom out.
But with Lanczos 4 repro rate is about 9/10. Sometimes 5/10, don't know what it depends on.
Note: It only happens when picture fits the screen, i.e. no zoom out is applied. Sometimes pixel grain varies.
