Re: Toggling Auto Refresh On and Off
Hello All,
Is their an easy straightforward way to disable and re-enable the Auto Refresh in the file list?
For the most part I like and depend on the auto refresh. But periodically I might be browsing files in a directory that is being actively added to by some other software or a file ...

Launching non image files from browser
Hello All,
So I'm using 1.80 and I'd like to know how I can get files that are not images or audio/video files to launch into their associated apps. Most notably archive files, text files, and checksum files (sfv, par and the like). As it stands everytime I encounter one of these in my browser I ...

...or is that for "Automaticaly select new files"
Hello All,
Upon reviewing the settings I've concluded that the setting that more directly needs a toggle is the "Automatically select new files" this would more dorectly correct my issue. Though I imagine a toggle for Auto refesh would be more useful for the larger number of users.

Quick Enable/Disable for Auto Refresh
Hello All,
I think it would be a very good idea if their was someway to quickly turn off Auto Refresh and then in turn re-enable it without having to go into the Options. Something along the lines of an option in the View menu (like in ACDSee). Or perhaps an optional toolbar button, hotkey, or ...

Thanks for the reply.
I think I'll post this is a suggestion for the next version. Truth is I had been a longtime ACDSee user and this little thing and pehaps having to hit F3 to launch certain files are amongst the only things i miss about that bloated mess of a program. So here is hoping that the ...

A second appeal for Help!
Hello,
I posted this some time ago. And I have due to the frustrations associated to this issue was forced to go back to ACDSee5. Which of course has its own issues. I would very much like to revisit XnView. But I'd really appreciate it if somebody could acknowledge the posted issue. Is it that ...

Viewing Multimedia Files in the Browser?
Hello,
I'm a long time ACDSee user, who has grown disatisfied with the over bloated application that this program has become. I thought when I found XnView that I finally found a replacement that would do everything I wanted without all the extra junk. And in fact it almost does, but their is one ...
