I seems to me that I have ghostscript version 8.54 installed, because I found a path
C:\Program Files\gs\gs8.54
in my computer.

I just found that the current version is 8.63 I tested it and itsn't hangs anymore!

But :( I did found another crash with a PDF file this time.

The 1.95.5 version seems to work fine.

Neither this jpeg nor the animated gif posted in another topic caused a crash.

I tested also with some folders with thousands of images.

So far so good!

I have encounter similar crashes over the past with other images (and with many previous versions of xnview) but this time I was determined to narrow it down to the specific image that causes the problem, for helping identify it.

XnviewMP works somehow, but if is it possible I want to be able to set the aspect (or is it pixel) ratio free.

If I calculated correctly a 0.56 ratio it may be suitable.

This image makes xnview crash when it tries to create a thumbnail.



I hope it uploaded correctly to imageshack...
