XnView Software

I noticed that for some time now XnView claims to support ECC (Ecchi) format. I downloaded and installed XnView and NConvert, and I wasn't able to open most files in that format.

Perhaps there's a confusion - non-animated ECC files are really PNG files with ECC extension. However, animated ECC ...
