When I opened the XnView webpage from the browser, I forgot to close down XnView window before I continued. As soon as I did that, it all went smoothly.

Now that the old XnView has been uninstalled, I reinstalled, and it is working without a hitch.

I have downloaded the XnViewShellExtension, and when I try to run XnView I still freeze up. If I try to uninstall it again, I still get the same error message that File"C:\Program Files\XnView\unins000.dat" does not exist.
Somehow I need to uninstall XnView and start all over again. Can you run me ...

I am currently running v 1.94.2, and I was trying to Upgrade to the v 1.96. I downloaded the file and when I ran the installer I got the error message:
