Is there a way to have the dos window not pop up in focus when calling nconvert from corel aftershot?

Hello,

I am having trouble using nconvert.
I am trying to convert a tif image into a png image, as in the screenshot, and i get the results you can see.
I am using Win7 64 bit, if that is relevant. I am sure I am doing something wrong, can anyone point it out for me please?
