I would like to submit a feature request which missing to me from a long time on Xnview and which is handy for images organizing : the ability to drag n drop the image displayed in the main view to a folder in Explorer to copy or move . Here's an explaining video this function on an old ...

That's it, except there is no need for transparency of the image at full resolution, a thumnail or a simple icon is enough.

It is an essential function when looking for textures or pictures.

I can just drag and drop towards other apps from Xnview-Explorer but not from the picture view !
Who uses the function Make selection of left button and move picture of the rightbutton ? Hardly anyone, then it is essential to be able to drag and drop the displayed image towards other applications ...

It's not asking too much of a drag & drop towards other applications, that's how long that your software exist ?!
Goddammit !

In "Tools> Options ... > Keyboard / Mouse> Left & Right Button"

Add "Windows Drag and Drop".
To move the image from Xnview as if it were drag and drop from a classic folder.

Please, I know so many users waiting for this function
