1.3: incorrect PNG transparency in the viewer

XnView: MP 1.3 - 64-bit
OS: Windows 7 - 64-bit

Some PNGs with transparency are displayed incorrectly in XnViewMP's viewer. They look ok in its browser preview, instead.
I've added the screenshots of some example images in both Photoshop and XnViewMP.
I'm not sure if I can share the original files ...

Re: Full support for zip and rar files

Oh it would be great to finally have this feature also for XnViewMp.

Btw, the trick in File list>custom filters>archives doesn't seem to work, sadly.
I can double-click on the CBR archive and see the images list, but then.. the program will only show the preview of the first one (until I'll click ...

Re: Disable custom sort

Ah, we have to manually edit "xnview.ini".
Ok, but why isn't this setting in the UI? :?

0.96.4: search filter problem

XnView: MP 0.96.4 - 64 bit
OS: Windows 7 Pro 64bit

I use the search field on top of the file view to show only some image files, according to filenames.
The problem is that it also considers metadata (without an option to ignore it), so I'm getting wrong results too.
I'd prefer to avoid having to ...

Bump.
I thought this was added in the new version, but I couldn't find any option about it.

Re: The current zoom behaviour is a bit confusing

Real Size [..] is only equivalent to 1:1 at 100% DPI scaling.
Ah, then I don't need it. 100% DPI scaling is a very common setting.
Btw, I noticed that various images get scaled to a zoom % different than 100%..

"No fit" means XnView will keep whatever zoom setting is applied and will not attempt ...

0.87: some Viewers buttons aren't working correctly

XnView: MP 0.87 64 bit
OS: Windows 7 64bit

In the Viewer:
- if I switch between the buttons "No Fit" and "Fit image to window, large only", the image remains on the second setting.
- the "Real Size" button doesn't stay pressed, but selects "No Fit" instead. The resulting zoom level % is remembered ...

The current zoom behaviour is a bit confusing

1- some zoom functions aren't too clear.
Does "Real size" mean the physical size? So, the images on screen would appear big like the printed IRL?
Is 1:1 a fixed zoom of 100%, equal to "No fit"?

Maybe you should add "Real Size" to the "Fit" menu and rename it to "Physical Size".
And 1:1 should just ...

Re: 0.87: "Auto image size" should temporary override the defaults

[..]
There are still some problems related to the main bug.
If in the Viewer I switch between the buttons "No Fit" and "Fit image to window, large only", the image remains on the second setting.
Only if I click on the zoom icon "1:1", I get what should be "No Fit".

Basically, the current zoom ...

please make a post per problem
I thought that we skipped that with the config file..
Oh well, ok, but please improve the bug submission format, because it's unnecessarily complex for simple reports.

Re: 0.87: "Auto image size" should temporary override the defaults

Did you manage to reproduce the errors with my config?
yes, you can uncheck Settings>View>Reset 'auto image size' setting to have previous behavior
Ok cool, now "No Fit" and "Fit image" work like before for both Viewer and Fullscreen.

The other 2 problems still remain, however ("Real Size","Lock ...

Cool, here it is.
