• I tested on that moment making an EXE with a .WAV sound file played as a loop.
1. The sound doesn't work while you are still in the Slide Show dialogue and click "Start" to test your new Slide Show…
2. Going to the folder which contains that new EXE >> 2-click on, the sound is played alright as ...

On a screen with 1280x1024 pixels (proportion 5:4), displaying an image with proportion 4:3 in fullscreen mode, produces black bars on top and bottom of images because of the differing screen proportions. That's OK.

Using XnView 1.95 I wish to play a WAV file together with the slide show. I specify the WAV file in the slide show config and start the show. No sound audible!
