But be careful, if you automatically load last script, user might not see that when he wants just convert images quickly and he could also (e.g.) crop his images by accident. We must find some solution. I already have one (or two) :)

Hello,
since using XnView I am annoyed that it does not show the current pic size in the status bar when in browser mode. I just found out why - because I have closed the preview/exif part of the window (I don't need that)! As soon as this one stays only a little bit opened the status bar also ...

Jokes aside the point for me is that I expect XnView to follow intuitive and easy ways to use a program as shown by others. Discussing if the tabs should have an x or not is comical, to say the least.

I disagree. These days you don't use three button mouse, but 2 button mouse with scrollwheel. The scrollwheel then can be clicked too, and used as middle button or whatever.
