0.84: Custom Format colour cannot be removed

OS: Windows 10 - 64bit

After adding a custom format colour for AVI video files this entry custom format colour can no longer be removed.

Effect: Functionality doesn't work as expected

To reproduce: (steps are copied in parts from XnTriq's description, see http://newsgroup.xnview.com/viewtopic.php?t=33613)

1. Go to Tools » Settings... » File list » Format colors.
2. Activate Use color based on file format.
3. Type avi in the left text box.
4. Click the Add button.
5. Select avi in the list.
6. Choose your preferred colors by clicking the buttons on the right of the dialog.
7. Confirm with OK.
8. Point the browser to a folder which contains AVI videos.

--> Format colour is displayed. (correct)

1. Exit XnView (your settings are saved on exit)
2. Start XnView
3. Go to Tools » Settings... » File list » Format colors, again
4. In the list of formats select "AVI" and select "Remove" button.
5. Confirm settings with "OK" button
6. Exit XnView (your settings are saved on exit)
7. Start XnView
8. Point the browser to a folder which contains AVI videos.

Actual behaviour (bug): Format colour is still displayed. In the settings for format colours the custom entry "AVI" is still listed.

Expected behaviour: Custom format colour is no longer displayed. In the settings for format colours the custom entry "AVI" is no longer listed.
