Higher Kodak PhotoCD *.PCD resolutions

Hi, Is it possible to view the higher Kodak PhotoCD resolutions using linux version 1.70 of xnview?

Let me clarify. My XnView version only shows three Kodak PhotoCD resolutions; base/16, base/4, and base. I would like to see the base 4 and base 16 resolutions.

On Un*x, there is no plugin
