Improve Batch Rename

Please improve batch renaming by making it work like batch convert.
That means, that you can add and remove files/folders, and you don't need to highlight a file for batch rename to be selectable.

In another thread I suggested to unify Batch Convert, Sequence Convert and Batch Rename into a single Operation/Dialog. Might be of interest... although it is still a 'Design in progress', IMO.
