Toolbar slider control for changing thumbnail size

Post by Defenestration »

Instead of having to select the thumbnail size from the menu presets or gby going into the Prefs dialog, it would be much more convenient if a slider control could be added to the toolbar so that when dragged left/right the thumbnail size would be dynamically updated (ie. lister would be redrawn immediately to show the thumbnails in the new size). As the slider is dragged, the size could appear in a tooltip above the mouse cursor.

It could maybe be implemented with a single slider which controls both the width and height (ie. square thumbnails).

Alternatively, there could be separate sliders for width and height, and also a checkbox which, when enabled, would move both sliders when one was dragged.
