REQ: Extract movie frames extension

Great little feature that i've only just discovered! But i would like to ask, if you could include 2 more functions in it.

1. Being able to only extract every Xth frame. That way it needn't extract each and every frame but only every, say, 20th frame. That could speed up the extraction process and cut down on needed discspace if you only need a few sample shots from a video.

2. Being able to extract a fixed number of screens. That's pretty much self-explanatory.

They're both pretty much the same thing though, so one of them would actually be enough. What do you say?
