Auto expand favorites tree to current folder when opening

I would like to suggest that the favorites folder tree work like the normal folder tree and auto expand to show the current folder when opening XnView.

For example, if I have a favorite folder called Photos and under that there are sub-folders A, B and C. I expand Photos and click on sub-folder B and view the thumbnails and then close XnVview. When I open XnView again, it selects the favorites pane and the thumbnails for sub-folder B are shown, but the tree is collapsed and only shows Photos. If I click to expand the Photos tree, the thumbnails change to the Photos directory.

I think it would be an improvement to expand the favorite tree to show the current folder when opening just like the normal folder tree view does. Thanks for considering this suggestion.

Eight years, later (only now using the folder tree) I'd like to see the automatic expansion of the tree.
