Multi-page archive support (CBR, CBZ, ...)
Please add multi-page support for viewing pages in archive files, especially CBR and CBZ files. Thanks!

This feature is now finally in the 1.0 version of MP. Though you have to manually set a few associations for non-standard extensions.
