Auto-popup treeview

Post by klumy » Wed Oct 05, 2005 6:48 pm

the treeview for browsing should be automatically popup if the mouse cursor moves to the left monitor border

and it should hide if the mousecursor move away from the monitor border

similar like in Maxthon

www.maxthon.com
XNView 1.91.5
Windows XP SP3

A folder tree which appears and disappears automatically would save a lot of space and might be useful and intuitive for some users. Perhaps a good enhancement.

That would be really fine.
Should it be like in Maxthon - as a mouse gesture (without a click), or like in Opera.
There remains a very small visible 'mouse pointer landing zone' with an indicating small arrow. For any action a click is nessecary.
