I would like to see XnView's menus changed to the really cool menus that Firefox 1.5 final has.

I know very well XUL, but it's not possible to make a picture browserToe wrote:XnView 2.0 based on XUL Runner?
Pierre.
Also, XUL is very bloated. You know all the complaints people have about firefox and mozilla being slow (especially slow to load)? It's all because of xul. The slowness is less noticeable on a newer/faster computer, but it's still there (and is REALLY noticeable on older/slower computers). Install a copy of firefox without any extensions and fire it up. Now install a copy of k-meleon ( http://kmeleon.sourceforge.net ) and fire it up. Compare the load times. That's the difference between xul and no-xul (k-meleon is a gecko based browser that uses a windows native interface instead of xul).
