Rewind/forward for mouse wheel over the seeker

Feature - rewind/forward when mouse wheel over the seeker (only) is used. For View, fullscreen and browser modes. Now, when I click the seeker with LMB, I can use mouse wheel to scroll, but I can't use wheel to switch to the next file then.
