2.38: GIF files do not loop with loop gifs checked

Hi developer, thank you so much for one of the best freeware software I have ever used!

I have searched a bit on this forum and it seems this issue has occured before. I was just wondering if a solution has been addressed yet. Basically I have a few gifs and webms that are not being looped on slideshow mode even with the appropriate "loop gif" option checked off. The gifs play once and either stop for the remainder of my timer or move on to the next gif regardless of my timer set.

Otherwise, this is the best slideshow program I have ever used.

Welcome to the forum, clonedone. At least for GIF animations, this issue is supposed to be fixed since v2.30. Are you using the latest release?

could you send me gif file? webm is not supported yet

Okay I will remove the Webm files. Here are a few random examples from my gif folder: http://imgur.com/a/rLBwL

They will play until the end of their loops, then freeze on last frame until my timer is reached, then go to the next file.
